What is prognostication in medicine, and how can it improve outcomes of patients with terminal illness? In this episode, Dr. Clancy and his guests, Dr. Tim Thomsen and Dr. Laurie Lyckholm, confront the myths and misconceptions around prognostication, and provide guidance for practitioners to prognosticate objectively, accurately, and in a timely manner.
